So hopefully you all remember Hans, and that he was up for sale a little over a month ago. Well, he ended up going to the right household. A man out in California bought him and shipped him out, and let's just say that Hans now resides alongside a real MkIV Ford GT40 and several other historic legends. But that's not where the craziness ends.
My car was well-known by all my friends, and pretty much all of my school. I'm one of the main car guys of my high school, and anyone who knew me knew my love for both cars and my anemically slow Audi. Even those who didn't know me well knew me by the car.
This week, a friend of mine was vacationing with her family in California. She happened to spot another Coupe, and thought of me, so she sent a picture. I looked up the buyer's location (he friended me on Facebook immediately after the purchase, as did his son, who the car was purchased for, probably for an S2 build. Fine by me) on Facebook, and found the town he resides in. I sent this to my friend, asking where she was staying.
It's Hans. There's an entire world of cars out there, and my friend found my car.
